Our 2011 guest night was a huge success. Some 27 guests signed in and joined in the singing of a wide variety
of songs from the classic "The Old Songs" to the Beatles' "When I'm Sixty-Four". Along the
way we had some vigorous vocal warm-ups, listened to a 'brief' history of barbershop, and of course, enjoyed excellent
quartet music by some of the Arlingtone chapter quartets. This was all capped off with pizza, coke/beer and, can you
believe, some more quartet singing. It was a great night due in large part to the organizational efforts of Doug McConnell,
the Arlingtone Membership chairman. Thank you, Doug.
